We always put our people, our supply chain and our customers at the heart of any decisions we make at LJJ and we believe that communicating and supporting each other is the best way to achieve this. This has never been more the case than now.

 

 

Construction sites

 

Our sites are open and will be until Government guidance changes or we are told otherwise by our business leaders. Please make sure that your people follow Government guidance if they have any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or are in contact with someone that does, and they do not come to site and immediately go into self-isolation for 14 days. Please inform the site team as to who these individuals are so that we are aware. It is important that everyone is accounted for, in order to manage the situation and minimise potential infection.

We know that the uncertainty is concerning for everyone. We want to make sure we fully understand your current situation so that we can provide you with as much support as we possibly can. We are therefore analysing what projects our partners are currently working on and at what stage, so we fully understand any potential risks and impacts and can together create solutions to them.

LJJ have secured a substantial amount of M&E works over the recent months totalling £21m.

 

St Margaret’s School and Harrow Council Housing with Kier Maple Cross, Knowles House with Wates Construction, CCOS St Albans with Morgan Sindall and Whitehall Leisre City with Metnor Construction. We have secured the CAT B Fit out at the Wedge House with OD Group, Simmons House with Mid Group and various Retail Works with Boots The Chemist and Lidl.


Renewed Partnership

We are happy to confirm the securing of new projects Alcester School Bicester for the value of £2.2m with Kier Gloucester and also British Museum ARC for the value of £7.5m with Grahams.


New Corporate Partner

LJJ is proud to announce that we are now corporate partners with Teesside Hospice.

Teesside Hospice offers palliative care for people over the age of 18 who are living with a life-limiting illness when a cure is no longer possible. Their care is provided 24/7, 365 days per year and reaches thousands of local people.

We are pleased to be able to contribute to such a positive cause in our local community.


New Projects Secured…

We have secured a new Project with Galliford Try Partnerships – Oaklands House, Old Oak Common Lane, London valued at £20.3m. Full M&E installation of an energy centre and 605 residential units. The scheme is located at Willesden Junction and provides accommodation, commercial and retail units, underground car parking space, cycle space, amenity space, landscaping and associated public realm.


New Maintenance Contract Secured…

LJJ Ltd are proud to announce that they have successfully been appointed to carry out planned preventative maintenance services at the Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel.
We are managing and delivering planned maintenance activities on various mechanical and electrical services. These include the LV electrical distribution and equipment, mechanical plant-room services, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and life safety systems.
These assets are inspected and serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and the relevant standards, to ensure statutory compliance and insurance requirements are complied with.
