Completion Of Audley Retirement Village

LJJ and their supply chain customer Zenith successfully completed and delivered Audley Sunningdale Park Retirement Village Ascot Berkshire last week.

This project has not been without its many challenges and problems to all involved through the administration of Henrys Construction, and when this happened LJJ’s project team came into their own with senior management and the employees on the ground all having the determination and tenacity to ensure that Zenith got the project they had asked for and to work directly with us.

LJJ was responsible for 103 units comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, the stables, and luxury cottages.

The centrepiece building Northcote House is a grade II listed building neo-Georgian originally built in 1931 by Sir Hugo Cunliffe-Owen former President of British American Tobacco.

Now completed it will be home to Audley Club with facilities including a library, restaurant and bar, swimming pool, and luxury health club.
