Last week, two of LJJ’s Contracts Managers volunteered with the Wates Social Value Team at Ark Elvin, providing academy students with mock interview techniques.

Wates reported that students provided positive feedback about their experience during the morning session.

Students described the experience as incredibly positive and inspiring. They expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with professionals who shared valuable insights about the interview process.
