Acton Gardens

Phase 7.1 of South Actons regeneration will mark the beginning of a new character and identity for the northern redbrick part of the South Acton estate.

​The 246 mixed tenure new homes will be focused around Avenue Road Park – one of the key gardens in the Acton Gardens master plan.

​The scheme pays tribute to the iconic stature of many of the estate buildings being demolished, and combines this with the richness of character, texture, and history of the area.

​LJJ have been employed to carry out the complete mechanical installation on a design & build basis.

​The scheme is fed from a central boiler house on a district heating network with Heat Interface Units within each dwelling.
