Winner is Richard Lissaman.

LJJ’s Board of Directors established the Terry Tyler Award to recognise outstanding commitment to health and safety, in memory of Terry Tyler, who sadly passed away from Covid in 2021.

Terry was an outstanding employee who actively promoted the importance of health and safety to everyone on site. He demonstrated every day that ensuring everyone arrives and leaves safely is a shared responsibility, not only for LJJ employees and subcontractors but for all he worked with.

The award is presented annually to an individual who goes above and beyond in health and safety. The 2025 recipient was Richard Lissaman, recognised for his work on Dolphin Square 2. John Daly, Managing Director for Central and South, presented the award to Richard.
